1. Introduction

Containerized Pressure Testbay Room is a set of pressure test equipment with pressure test record and monitoring designed and developed by Chongqing Weiyun Technology Development Co,. Ltd. according to the specific usage requirements of customers. It mainly includes pressure test device and PLC computer recording equipment.

There are air-driven liquid pump and air-driven gas pump in the equipment, which uses compressed air as the power source to drive the plunger pump to operate. It can provide relatively stable pressure and flow rate. At the same time, no additional energy consumption is required during the pressure holding process, and there is no overshoot during the pressurization process.

During the workpiece testing process, real-time data of the test process can be recorded through the pressure transmitter and PLC.

2. Features
