1. Introduction
Pressure Testbay Box (PTB) is a pressure test equipment used for injecting different media (such as water & Glycol mix). It has a solid structure, strong impact resistance, and a wide pressure test range, meeting the high-pressure test applications of many industries. It can be used to perform pressure and temperature tests on various pressure vessels, pipelines, valves, downhole tools, cylinders, etc. As a customized industrial product, our containerized testbay box has served the chemical, construction, pipeline, petroleum, coal, smelting, shipbuilding and other industries.
It is mainly consist of five parts includes Burst Resistance Box, HPU, Pre-filled skid, Hydraulic station, Screw air compressor.

Pressure test door
Pressure testbay the top hatch can be opened or closed individually. Each door is designed with an oil cylinder for controlling the automatic opening and closing of the door and two air cylinders for controlling the self-locking of the door. The pressure testbay is equipped with a foreign body sensing device. When a foreign body is sensed at the hatch, the hatch will not be able to close to prevent injuries caused by misoperation. The top hatch of the pressure test is equipped with a closing alarm. When the hatch is closed, a prompt sound will sound and a prompt light will flash.
Pressure test bulkhead
Pressure test the bottom plate of the cabin is a 15mm thick steel plate.Both sides the bulkhead thickness is 62mm, the outer side is made of double-layer 6mm steel plate with 50mm color steel sandwich plate in the middle.
Doors for personnel to enter and exit are designed on both sides of the pressure test cabin, and a door for operators to enter and exit is designed on the front of the first section of the pressure test cabin on the left. The thickness structure of the pressure test cabin door is the same as that of the bulkhead, and the width of the door is 1000mm.
Assembly of pressure testbay
The external dimensions of a single section of the test pressure cabin are 3m×2.1m×1.5m,and the internal dimensions of the cabin are 3m×1.1mm×0.98m, can be spliced into multiple sections according to the needs of the test workpiece, and the actual length is 3m. Each section of the pressure testbay is 3m long and connected together with M30 bolts. The weight of a single section is about 3 tons. An adjustable heavy-duty foot cup is installed at the bottom of the pressure testbay, and the height of the foot cup can be adjusted according to the ground conditions at the site of use.
