    Overview

    It’s a set of customized air-driven booster system for air and nitrogen based on detailed requirements. The equipment structure is a small skid type, which has the characteristics of high pressure, large flow rate and low flow rate. The high pressure overflow part of the equipment is made of stainless steel to adapt to various harsh environments.

    The equipment mainly consists of Booster Pump, Pressure Regulator, Air Filter, Pressure Gauge, N2 Ball Valve, HP Check Valve, Air Pipelines, and inlet & outlet interface, etc.

    Characteristics

    • It provides dual scale shock-absorbing pressure gauge display.
    • With centralized control panel, which is easy to observe and operate.
    • It has a pressure self-locking function, which means that under the condition of adjusting the driving air pressure, the outlet pressure remains constant but does not rush.
    • Compressed air is used as the boosting power source for the equipment, while nitrogen is used as the medium for high-pressure boosting. The nitrogen inlet pressure value is between 30 and 60 Bar.
